Jennifer M. Haslett, 27 of Altamont, was arrested on Aug. 18 for driving while her license was suspended. Haslett is in custody.

Brant C. Houghton, 26 of Mason, was arrested on Aug. 20  on charges for an Effingham County for the arrest, domestic battery, contact, and 1-2 pr cont. Houghton posted $1,075.

Jamie L. Hays, 35 of Mason, was arrested on Aug. 21 on charges of problem solving court sanction. Hays remains in jail.

Perry James Graham, 42 of Altamont, was arrested on Aug. 24 for possession of drug paraphelernia. Graham posted $150.

Brandon C. Neville, 25 of Altamont, was arrested on Aug. 26 for problem solving court sanction for 24 hours. Neville remains in jail.

Todd E. Kingery, 56 of Edgewood, was arrested on Aug. 13 for production of cannabis, and possession/manufacture cannabis. Kingery remains in jail.

Trinidad Hernandez-Hernandez, 35 of St. Elmo was arrested on Aug. 17 for obstructing justice, and ICE detainer. Hernandez remains in custody.

Brett A. Galloway, 19 of Altamont, was arrested on a Effingham County original warrant for burglary and theft. Galloway remains in custody.

Hannah M. Shearer, 23 of St. Elmo, was arrested on Aug. 17 for contempt of CT manufacture/possess adulterants. Shearer remains in custody.

Jacob Brummer, 25 of Beecher City, was arrested on Aug. 17 for an Effingham County MITT and sent 5 days for work release. Brummer remains in custody.

Jacob L. McGuire, 22 of Altamont, was arrested on Aug. 17 in Fayette County PTR probation for possession of drug paraphernalia. McGuire remains in custody.

Jeremy C. Landreth, 35 of Farina, was arrested on Aug. 14 in Effingham County for the arrest, and Driving under the influence of drugs. Landreth remains in jail.

Jason K. Niemeyer, 37 of Beecher City, was arrested on Aug. 16 in Effingham County original warrant, criminal damage to property, and domestic battery. Niemeyer remains in jail.

Audra L. Daughtery, 22 of Brownstown, was arrested on Aug. 16 for problem solving court sanction, and sent for 48 hours. Daugherty remains in jail.

James T. Miller, 46 of St. Elmo, was arrested on July 29 for driving under the influence of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis, 2.5 grams. Miller posted $150.

Jamie L. Hays, 35 of Mason, was arrested on July 31 for problem solving court sanction and sent for 48 hours work release. Hays remains in jail.

Rebecca J. Hissong, 49 of St. Elmo, was arrested on Aug. 2 for problem solving court sanction and sent for 1 day. Hissong remains in jail.

Corey J. Blair, 32 of Mason, was arrested on Aug. 3 for battery. Blair posted $150.

Amber K. Mayhaus, 25 of Altamont, was arrested on Aug. 4 for driving under the influence of alcohol, and expired registration sticker. Mayhaus posted $100 and valid drivers license.

Brandon R. Smith, 20 of Mason, was arrested on Aug. 4 for an Effingham County original warrant for criminal damage to property and obstructing justice. Smith posted $3,000 and was released.

Lacie M. Crooker, 18 of Altamont, was arrested on July 23 for possession of cannabis under 2.5 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Crooker posted $150.

Candy A. Crooker, 44 of Altamont, was arrested on July 23 for possession of cannabis under 2.5 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Crooker posted $150.

Jason M. Whitten, 41 of Altamont, was arrested on July 23 for possession of cannabis under 2.5 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Whitten posted $150.

Kenneth James Crooker, 21 of Altamont, was arrested on July 23 for possession of cannabis under 2.5 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Crooker posted $150.

Preston A. Gilpin, 23 of Mason, was arrested on July 24 for an Effingham County to raise bond and theft content to $500<10K. Gilpin posted $500 and was released.

Tyler L. Wernsing, 21 of St. Elmo, was arrested on July 25 for a Shelby County warrant for the arrest and for driving while license was suspended. Wernsing posted $325 and was released.

Russell L. Milleville, 49 of Altamont, was arrested on July 26 and sentenced to 2 days for driving under the influence of alcohol. Milleville remains in custody.

Donald E. Goodin, 39 of St. Elmo, was arrested on July 27 for driving under the influence of alcohol and loud exhaust. Goodin posted $100, valid drivers license and was released.
